For effective collaboration and an “open” work environment, every team needs to be able to give and receive feedback. This allows members of the team to improve the quality and productivity of their work and to make a more trusting work atmosphere in the group. As well, a more open work environment can help to retain employees, as well as supporting energy and creativity.
Effective feedback is not just how one receives, but how one properly structures the key points, as well as the psychological aspects of presenting the information.
In this training, which is intended for all employees of your company, we discuss real examples from experience in corporations and give practical exercises. As well, in this course we will use methods for effective presentation of feedback, using the latest physical-psychological techniques adapted for business from the martial arts.
It is well known that we receive about 70% of information non-verbally. The fastest communication of information and its understanding happens physically, even without direct contact. When we communicate properly using our body, we very quickly master information.
Why do we use knowledge and experience from the martial arts in our training? The martial arts are in fact a form of collaboration between partners. Without effective and timely understanding of information from another person, it is impossible to work with maximum effectiveness. We bring to the course our competition and martial arts experience, enriching it with examples from our extensive corporate experience. This way, your team has the opportunity to understand on the intellectual and physical level what is effective and ineffective feedback.
