Conflicts can occur even in the friendliest teams. Stress, deadlines, differences in goals, unseen complications, all can result in pressure and arguments.
So that the team can work effectively and productively together, with trust between team members, it is important to recognize the symptoms of conflict and find appropriate solutions quickly.
Conflict resolution is not just the responsibility of the manager or team lead, although he plays a key role. We discuss the specifics of this role in a different course.
In this course we will work on those things that all team members can do. We will discuss real examples from our company experience and give live exercises. At your discretion, we offer the opportunity to structure the practical part and examples around real situations in your company.
The uniqueness of our training is in how we train employees to analyze conflict situations, using physio-psychological methods and elements adapted from martial arts.
It is well-known that about 70% of information is received by us non-verbally. Thus, when we understand how we are communicating not just with our voices, but also with our gestures and body language, we can more quickly understand information and solve problems.
Our collective experience on conflict resolution from the martial arts, combined with psychological training, allows us to see the abstract core of disagreement and to choose an appropriate solution quickly.
