Yesrerday on AI Day at TechWeek 2021 (https://techweek.moscow) CEO Jennifer Trelewicz presented "The Good, the Bad, and the Ugly of AI in transport and public safety". She discussed case studies of improvements in safety and security that can be made by using AI and IoT technologies in these areas, as well as making the case for keeping the human in the equation.

Jennifer said, "AI can do, and already is doing, a lot to make transport safer and policing more effective. But the accuracy of decisions made by AI depend on the training data, but for some corner cases it is nearly impossible to collect enough data. The 'biological neural network' of the person is much more able to handle such cases, which is very important in transport and safety."
